PrincePerelson is hiring dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join a growing lending brand. This financial technology company is growing its Loan Processing department in a fully work-from-home setting.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Manage a queue of loan applications, ensuring compliance with established quality standards for processing

+ Initiate outbound calls to customers to verify details on loan applications and collect additional information if required

+ Resolve customer issues efficiently through phone, email, or fax communication channels

+ Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of 1 year of administrative, office, and data entry experience

+ Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

+ Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

+ Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
