**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead and oversee the controllership function for the designated region or division.

+ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

+ Drive the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.

+ Must be a US Citizen for this role.

+ Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

+ Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools along with SOX and GAAP.

+ Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

+ Strategic mindset with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations at a senior level.

**WE VALUE**

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

+ Minimum of 10 years of controllership/audit experience.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

+ Experience working in a multinational company, with exposure to global accounting and reporting requirements.
