Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for three months in Scottsdale, Arizona. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with three days remote work and two days in-office, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills in accounts payable and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and wire transfer processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor inquiries.

• Use Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Exflow to monitor and streamline payment workflows.

• Process wire transfers and ensure accuracy in banking transactions.

• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.

• Assist in implementing accounts payable best practices and process improvements.

• Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to company policies.

• Support the transition and integration of financial systems during acquisitions.

• Provide detailed reports on accounts payable activities to management.

• Work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and financial operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Exflow.

• Strong knowledge of wire transfer processes and banking procedures.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems such as ADP, Ceridian, and Concur.

• Understanding of ERP systems and their application in financial workflows.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with team members and vendors.

• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and manage time effectively.
