**Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Application Developer specializing in WorkForce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance configuration. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting WFS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with HR and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support, with a strong understanding of workforce management software processes.
**What You'll Do**
Configuration & Implementation:
+ Configure WFS Time and Attendance modules, including pay rules and schedule configurations.
+ Customize workflows and business rules to align with company policies and labor regulations.
+ Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
+ Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution for WFS users.
+ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement enhancements.
+ Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data integrity.
Integration & Development:
+ Develop and maintain integrations between WFS and HR/payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle).
+ Work with APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols.
+ Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
Documentation & Training:
+ Create user guides, configuration workbooks, and technical documentation.
+ Train HR, payroll, and operations teams on system functionality.
+ Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.
Consulting & Project Management:
+ Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
+ Handle complex configuration issues and communicate roadblocks.
+ Write complex formulas and perform unit/system testing.
+ Gather and document customer business requirements.
+ Facilitate client workshops and deliver projects on time and within budget.
+ Provide project status updates and manage customer expectations.
+ Mentor junior team members.
**What It Takes To Succeed**
+ 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting WFS Time and Attendance solutions.
+ Hands-on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical support.
+ Experience in unionized environments or public sector organizations (preferred).
+ Experience in software development and a deep understanding of technology.
Technical Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of WFS configuration, pay rules, and scheduling.
+ Experience with WFS Policy Editor, SQL, XML, APIs, middleware, and JavaScript (preferred).
+ Familiarity with HR/payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle.
Soft Skills:
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to document processes and train end-users effectively.
Preferred Certifications:
+ WorkForce Software Certification (Time and Attendance, Database Schema, Analytics).
+ WorkForce Academy Training or equivalent experience.
**Experience**
• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).
• For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).
• For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
**Education**
A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
**Hybrid Workplace**
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
