Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a fully on-site, long-term contract position where you will provide level 2 support to end-users and maintain the efficiency of desktop systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide level 2 support to resolve technical issues for end-users, managing 5-20 tickets daily across a user base of 200.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktop systems, hardware, and software.
• Perform desktop imaging tasks to deploy and maintain workstations.
• Offer remote support to address technical challenges when required.
• Administer and manage Active Directory configurations to ensure system security and functionality.
• Maintain and repair desktop hardware to optimize performance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities. Requirements • Proven experience in PC desktop and workstation support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in desktop imaging and deployment.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
