**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst. This role is an individual contributor position that's part of a team responsible for the assessment and adoption of Information Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls related to non-human service account management. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with technology teams to properly identify, inventory, and enable automated credential management solutions utilizing approved credential management solutions (CyberArk/HashiCorp).
**In this role, you will:**
+ Partner with application development teams to ensure application design and configurations comply with standards for utilizing non-human accounts through the application's technology stack
+ Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
+ Perform remediation of security assessment review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management
+ Provide guidance and direction in reviewing assessment findings and mitigating controls to optimize information security
+ Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
+ Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders
+ Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Interact with internal customers
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 2+ year of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
+ 1+ year of Service Account administration, management, and provisioning experience across various IT platforms - Windows/Active Directory, DBs (SQL server/Unix), etc… using industry standard tools such as CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault

+ The ability to understand and communicate requirements
+ The ability to handle and prioritize multiple initiatives
+ Strong written and verbal communication of complex issues
+ Critical thinking and ability to develop and execute action plans
+ Strong technical acumen.

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
