Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Technology & Innovation, DTI, Technology Portfolio Management Senior Lead (Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant) in the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.

This Senior Lead will be a driver and change agent of the operationalization of the financial and portfolio management, partnering within the CIO, finance and business partner organizations, inclusive of operating models (for products). This is a highly leveraged position which will be accountable for delivering strategic priorities within DTI.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to drive forward financial and portfolio strategy / transformation

+ Partner with Tech / Tech Finance and Business on business case submissions

+ Interact with leadership and stakeholders to establish investment priorities to achieve strategic plans and objectives

+ Navigate / react to ongoing changes in investment prioritization and act as SME on the sponsored BoW and inbound / outbound co-supplier arrangements with other Tech groups

+ Help to coordinate labor / non-labor demand estimates for investments proposed by the LOB or Function their Tech organization supports

+ Ensure there is common and consistent technology engagement and review of LOB demand to ensure alignment with technology architecture, risk and strategy standards and policies, and compliance with Wells Fargo enterprise change management and investment management policies

+ Lead portfolio and resource capacity forecasting / planning for BoW portfolio(s), this includes annual planning

+ Monitor actual consumption of capacity against planned amounts in managing portfolio level financials

+ Regularly consult, influence and negotiate with executive and/or senior leadership; providing reports and briefings to senior leaders in DTI & technology

+ Partner with Technology, Tech Finance, Business and Accounting on internally developed software (IDS) capitalization process.

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 7+ years of Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 5+ years of financial management, budgeting experience, and complex planning experience.

+ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel

+ 5+ years of experience pertaining to building complex financial and workforce management reports

+ 5+ years of experience with complex transformational products/programs

+ Knowledge and understanding of system application development including large scale applications

+ Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business

+ Financial services industry experience

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Experience in developing reporting and performing complex data analysis

+ Proficient in presenting data (PowerPoint, storytelling, etc.)

+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

+ Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Job Expectations:**

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
