Phoenix Children’s Foundation is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven and results-oriented fundraiser to serve as a Corporate Development Officer II. This high-impact, front-facing role is responsible for identifying, securing, and growing corporate partnerships that directly support our mission and drive meaningful philanthropic investment in the health and well-being of Arizona’s children.

The successful candidate will manage a large portfolio of corporate leads, prospects, and partners - driving new business development while deepening long-term relationships. With a hunter mentality and strong sales instincts, this individual will proactively pursue new opportunities, close significant gifts, and build creative, custom partnerships aligned with corporate and philanthropic goals - ranging from program funding and retail campaigns to naming opportunities, event sponsorships, and employee engagement. At the same time, they will steward current partners to maximize engagement, deepen support, and grow lasting relationships.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong strategic thinking, professionalism, and the ability to represent Phoenix Children’s with authenticity and confidence across diverse industries and with C-suite executives. The ideal candidate thrives on building connections, navigating complex conversations, and bringing creativity to every partnership opportunity to create a true win-win.

This role represents a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth in corporate philanthropy at one of the nation’s top pediatric healthcare systems. We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, community-minded professional who can serve as a trusted ambassador for Phoenix Children’s - someone motivated by results and committed to creating meaningful impact through the power of partnership, while joining a strong, collaborative team dedicated to advancing our mission.

The Development Officer II identifies, develops, broadens, and maximizes philanthropic support from individual and business prospects to increase awareness and support of hospital programs, initiatives and goals through philanthropic giving. This position may have program management oversight and execution.
