**Job Title: Service Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Service Technician, you will perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain water treatment equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and making necessary adjustments. Your role includes loading and unloading trucks for each customer’s service site, conducting daily truck inspections, and reporting any safety or mechanical issues immediately. You will complete all MMA’s or services as scheduled, using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. Continuation of education on purification equipment and theory is encouraged, and you will notify management of any concerns regarding service stops. Responding to emergency service calls when scheduled, adhering to safety requirements, and using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions are essential aspects of this position. You will foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity, working closely with other departments to achieve common goals. Additional duties may be required as needed.
**Responsibilities**

**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment systems.
+ Proficiency with PVC and general plumbing/electrical systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret various documents including manuals and gauges.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Strong English communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team.
+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing experience.
+ Technical maintenance experience.
+ Ability to handle tools and troubleshoot equipment.

**Work Environment**
The role involves traveling to approximately 6-8 locations per day, with flexible hours starting between 4:30a and 6:00a, typically working 8-10 hour days. New team members will shadow experienced technicians for 3-4 weeks to learn the role effectively.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gilbert, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
