**Job Title: Shipper**

**Job Description**

Join our dynamic team as a Shipper, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient preparation of orders. You will be responsible for picking, boxing, packaging, shrink wrapping, and palletizing orders. Your duties will also include using a pallet jack and scan gun, as well as verifying that the orders picked match the order forms.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pick, box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders.

+ Utilize a pallet jack and scan gun effectively.

+ Verify the accuracy of picked orders against order forms.

+ Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and efficiency.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in shipping is a must.

+ Ability to stand for 8 hours.

+ Able to lift 50 lbs.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Good attitude and work ethic.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment involving shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking.

+ Experience with handling large orders and general labor tasks.

+ Familiarity with world ship, inventory, picking, packing, loading, unloading, material handling, and using RF scanners.

+ Ability to write and read English.

+ Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Work Environment**

Work in a brand new, air-conditioned warehouse. The work hours are from 1:30pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. off 7th St & Pinnacle Peak

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
