We're looking for a motivated and experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate outgoing shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
Prepare and inspect outgoing shipments, ensuring proper crating, rigging, and securing of goods.
Oversee and perform accurate receiving processes, including inspecting deliveries and verifying documentation.
Train and certify employees in forklift operation and safety procedures.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping logs using our ERP/WMS systems.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety, shipping, and environmental regulations.
Receive and pull components; Organize into assembly kits
Maintain kit staging area
Crate and ship equipment and parts
Data entry, reports, and audits to maintain organization of multiple projects

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
Forklift certification and experience training others in forklift operation.
Knowledge of crating, rigging, and load securing best practices.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
