This role involves programming, maintaining, and managing program requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges. The Program Manager will support managers to drive programs or projects and will work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
+ Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
+ Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
Essential Skills
+ Substation and Transmission experience – minimum of 5 years.
+ Construction Management experience in data center capacity – minimum of 5 years.
+ Project Management and Process Efficiency experience – minimum of 5 years.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or 5 years’ experience in substation design and/or delivery.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to lead teams of engineers in advanced engineering and operational processes related to substations and transmission for large data center environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Electrical Engineer / Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
+ Previous experience in consulting engineering or construction of substations or substation projects.
+ Experience with complex matrix organizations is preferred.
+ Change management experience.
+ Strong technical knowledge of substations, transmissions, and prior experience as an electrical engineer or project manager with electrical systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
