Seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (PM) to plan and manage NPHS business projects. The PM will build a plan for strategic investments (technology, processes and people) in our back-office processes, including accounts receivable (A/R). The goal is to make NPHS easier to do business with, in addition to ensuring that our people are doing work appropriate for their role. Projects consist of a leading collaborative teams across multiple functions including IT systems, finance, operational excellence, accounting, master data, analytics, and operations.

This job family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements. Program & Project Management manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing. This job family also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.
**Job Summary**
The Program Manager of Program Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple initiatives. They work within the constraints
**_Responsibilities_**
• Reviews Business Development contracts and statements of work to document billable services and billable milestones
• Partners with the innovator to ensure that all relevant information needed to set up client accounts is collected and documented
• Assists with any project work-related to the payment portal and/or SAP related enhancements.
• Identifies and lead implementation of short- and long-term improvements to innovator processes that create sustainable solutions; develop and implement golden innovator processes
• Leads strategic technology investments by identifying requirements, costs and potential vendors. Support approval of internal business case. Facilitate vendor selection and contracting process. Serve as the primary liaison for the selected vendor. Lead change management for rollout
• Travels up to 25% as per business need
**_Qualifications_**
• 8-12 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in at least two departmental functions preferred: accounting, billing, contracting, finance, operational excellence, analytics, master data, 5 years
• Proven successful Project Management experience 2 years
• Ability to influence without authority
• Acts with sense of urgency and desire to improve experiences for our customers and business partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills; ability to tailor communication with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
• Experience working with innovator partners
• Sophisticated problem-solving skills
• Experience in healthcare or radiopharmaceuticals required
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed

**Anticipated salary range:** $103,500 - $147,900
