Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Power Systems department supporting innovative projects across Tucson, Tempe, and Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have out-of-the-box thinking, effective communication skills, and a strong “Finds A Way” mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Software Engineer

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Pay Rate:** $89/hr

**What's the Job?**

+ Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications in LabVIEW and other languages.

+ Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.

+ Design, plan, and coordinate work teams to ensure project success.

+ Provide technical support to project team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.

+ Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude in problem-solving and project execution.

**What's Needed?**

+ 10 years of experience working with LabVIEW.

+ Ability to travel between Tucson and Tempe sites.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related area.

+ 6-8 years of experience in the field.

+ Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) or Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) is a plus.
