**CNC Brake Press Operator**

**Pay: $25/hour**

**Shift:** 1 _st_ Shift Monday – Thursday 4am-2:30pm | 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 2:30-1:00am

**Location:** On-Site, Gilbert, AZ

We are seeking **highly skilled CNC Brake Press Operators** for a **short-term, 1-month assignment** . This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competitive hourly pay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and program CNC Brake Press machines (ACCU, Safan, Turret, Plasma)

+ Fabricate sheet metal parts and assemblies as per blueprints and schematics

+ Set up, adjust, and maintain press brake machinery

+ Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality standards are met

+ Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines

+ Maintain a clean, organized work area

+ Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors

**Qualifications:**

+ **3+ years** of experience operating CNC Brake Press or related machinery

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics

+ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Strong time management and communication skills

+ Comfortable lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods

+ Forklift/overhead crane experience a plus (if trained and authorized)

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This is a **temporary opportunity** with a **fixed assignment length of 1 month** . Candidates must be available to start immediately and complete the full term of the assignment.
