**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician**

**Job Description**

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for interpreting test logs, diagnosing, and inspecting PDU electrical components to ensure they are built to specifications and function as intended. This role involves operations related to repairing and re-working units that have failed tests or safety trials. Additionally, the Manufacturing Technician will collaborate with various departments, including Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing, to assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and validations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret test logs to diagnose and inspect PDU electrical components.

+ Ensure PDU components are built to specifications and function as intended.

+ Conduct operations related to repair and re-work units that have failed tests or safety trials.

+ Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing departments.

+ Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and process validations.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and assembling cables/connectors.

+ Ability to read engineering schematics and build products accordingly.

+ 3+ years of assembly experience in a production environment.

+ Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and interpreting test data.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ AA degree in Electrical Technology or a two-year certification in a related field.

+ Equivalent experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting in a related field.

**Work Environment**

The work schedule is a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:20 PM, totaling 36 hours, with opportunities to gain additional hours.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
