The LIDS (Low, slow, small, unmanned aircraft Integrated Defense System) International and Strategy finance team within the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) portfolio, part of the SMGBAD product area and Land and Air Defense systems (LADS) strategic business unit has an immediate need for an early in career Cost Schedule & Controls Analyst to provide support to the Strategic programs, initiatives, and captures within our portfolio (UAE Offset Project, Coyote Next Generation Missile and NATO Ground Based Air Defense Studies).

Increasing demand for our product makes it a very exciting time to join our portfolio. As a core member of this team, you will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office) will require you to possess strong communication skills and provide the team with financial management insight and solutions to better drive the program’s needs. In this role you will be a strategic business partner to various functional teams and work in collaboration on the successful execution of financial reporting, EACs, Earned Value Management, while gaining exposure to the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) process. The collaborative and supportive working environment offers a strong foundation of resources and knowledge base that fosters opportunities for room to grow within the organization.

_This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will work onsite at the Andover, MA, Tucson, AZ or McKinney, TX location. Relocation assistance is not being provided._

**What You Will Do**

+ Perform weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring/reporting

+ Maintain and track internal company investment spend to support capture opportunities

+ Support the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)

+ Prepare and review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

+ Various ad hoc exercises

**Qualifications You Must Have**

+ Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 2 years Finance work experience

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Experience with APEX/SAP

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

+ Self-starter with high attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent verbal/written communication skills and organizational and analytical skills

+ Prior experience in a program cost, schedule & control environment

**Onsite** : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
