The Chief Technology Officer Organization’s vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and standards across Technology. It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.

This position reports to the Program Director of Generative AI Enterprise Enablement. The successful candidate will act as strategic partner to both technical and non-technical teams to bring strategic platforms and projects to life. The position will have responsibility for defining platform vision, product roadmaps and driving prioritization which aligns to business objectives and targeted outcomes. This role will also partner with their director and other CTO Leadership to provide regular written and verbal updates to Senior Management.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Drive and take ownership of key outcomes in platform delivery initiatives by leveraging your expertise in planning, coordination, and execution. You will utilize a comprehensive toolbox of strategies—including strategic partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, structured problem solving, and leadership—to ensure successful implementation of scalable platform solutions that align with organizational goals.

+ Partner with program teams to produce regular reporting demonstrating progress against key milestones, outlining key risks and dependencies, and plans for the next reporting period.

+ Leading outcomes by handling the details – sequencing and preparing for meetings and events thoughtfully to drive outcomes efficiently.

+ Navigate and understand a complex and ever evolving technology space with an open mind, innovative problem-solving skills, and a bias for early action.

+ Engage with business partners to understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions.

+ Leads and appropriately brings up delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to program initiatives.

+ Participate in design discussions, issue resolution, and remove obstacles to ensure platform objectives and commitments are met.

+ Being a motivated, hard-working change agent.

+ May or may not oversee and mentor a team of Technology Delivery colleagues, enabling a culture of continuous learning, growth opportunities, and inclusivity for all individual colleagues and teams.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical subject area, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

+ 6 years of hands-on technical experience across complex systems and platforms, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-impact solutions.

+ Deep understanding of software and infrastructure design principles with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility.

+ Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects.

+ Experience using Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development team concepts to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality.

+ Knowledge of an experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Rally or similar platforms.

+ Excellent oral and written interpersonal abilities; Ability to optimally communicate across third parties and technical and business teams.

+ Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams.

+ Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation.

+ Proven willingness to learn new technologies.

+ PMI and/or Scrum Master Certification is a plus

**Qualifications**

Annual Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
