**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - ADM position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.**

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY

**Duration:** 6 months

**Duties:**

+ Lead and coordinate activities for the Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) workstream within a larger M&A Technology PMO.

+ Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with strategic integration goals and timelines.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth project execution.

+ Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

+ Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.

+ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and reporting.

+ Ensure alignment of ADM tasks with broader M&A integration milestones and change management processes.

**Skills:**

+ Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle processes.

+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Proficiency in developing professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

+ Ability to work across business and technical teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

+ Knowledge of M&A integration processes and enterprise technology platforms.

**Experience:**

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects.

+ Prior experience supporting M&A initiatives, preferably within a Technology PMO structure.

+ Background in application development, integration, or IT systems management is strongly preferred.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required.

+ PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
