Sunstates Security is currently hiring Security Officers in the Anthem, AZ area . This position is an hourly position with a pay rate of $21.12/hourly, paid weekly . The right candidate will combine security experience with a customer service mind set.

Requirements:

·3 years customer service experience

· 3+ years security experience

· Must demonstrate excellent customer service, writing, oral, analytical and communication skills

· Computer and portable electronics familiarity

· Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision

· Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain highest level of integrity

· Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions

· Must have dependable means of transportation

· Must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass MVR record check

· Must practice good grooming standards

· Must demonstrate good teamwork ability

· Must be able to work flexible hours and willing to work overtime when available

Job Details:

• Professional and courteous greeting of all vendors and guests

• Ability to speak loud and clear in an outdoor high noise environment

• Manage high volume (350-400 vehicles per shift) access to community using ABDi/iCMS Access Control system. PC & iPad.

• Answer/return calls to residents regarding guest traffic

• Monitor 28 camera CCTV system

• Data entry, incident report writing and daily activity logging

• Entry device installation and troubleshooting

• Entry gate diagnosis and repair (with required training)

• Community Patrol and traffic enforcement using LIDAR unit

• Issuance of parking citations

• HOA compliance reporting

The Security Officer will be the face of the client and greet everyone when they come in. Security Officers may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
