We are currently looking to hire an Account Director in the U.S. with experience selling customized Creative, BPO and MPO services in the Healthcare industry.

The Account Director serves as the key liaison between our Healthcare customers and Go Creative operations to ensure a seamless relationship. Primary responsibilities include enriching the customer experience with RRD through service, a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, clear communications and utmost professionalism to help drive account satisfaction and service excellence and incremental revenue growth. This role offers visibility into our Healthcare customers business, and as such, a key responsibility will be to identify ongoing customer needs and align them to the RRD service offering. The Account Director will engage with RRD sales to initiate business development. The Account Director manages the client relationship on a day to day basis and resolves conflicts through consultation with internal staff and client stakeholders. They provide support, guidance, and counsel to the team on an on-going basis. They are proactive in identifying the needs of the client today and in the future and driving activities that lead to incremental sales.

The Account Director masters and maintains brand standards, direction and strategy and has a vast knowledge of the client’s business, the competition, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from the manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed. Able to exercise a high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks.

+ Applies broad knowledge of workflows, digital asset management, problem-solving, designing and implementing workflow procedures and quality control to handle assigned accounts, including complex, high volume or high profile customer accounts, with minimal supervision.

+ Overall growth and development of the account through high-performance activity and high trust relationships

+ Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of all workstreams.

+ Leading the development and continuous improvement of delivery metrics.

+ Being sufficiently informed of all work streams and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, exceptional service and a solid client/RRD relationship.

+ Working with clients to understand RRD core service offerings and how these services can better support current and future client needs

+ Adhering to and enforcing company policies and procedures, as necessary.

+ Keeping management informed of the account status, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.

+ Ensuring the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure company and client goals are achieved.

+ Planning, developing, and defending budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service to the account.

+ Maintaining open and complete communication of Client issues with team leaders and corporate management.

+ Providing leadership/motivation and distribution of the vision and values of RRD to the assigned staff.

+ Consistently applying a highly collaborative spirit, within the greater RRD team, in driving client satisfaction

+ Master and maintain knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news, trends, and regulations.

+ Provide a point of view on best practices and solutions across functions.

+ Plan, coordinate and direct creative teams to ensure the briefs are executed accurately and effectively.

+ Provide account teams with appropriate insight into the client’s strategic business and branding initiatives.

+ Attend and set relevant client meetings, bringing in appropriate resources from other departments as needed.

+ Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Job Knowledge & Skills

+ Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the functional role

+ 5-7+ years of work experience within or supporting HealthCare Accounts/Organizations

+ Understands marketing initiatives related to managed care providers

+ Understands content life cycles, accessibility requirements and multi-channel distribution

+ Understands internal communications and/or brand management for print and digital content

+ Experience with digital content creation and accessibility of that content to consumers

+ Well rounded working knowledge of prepress, photo, creative, digital print, print, web, digital asset management, color. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

+ Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues

+ Must be proactive, collaborative, driven and seek excellence in the execution of tasks. Ability to create and work with cross-functional and/or distributed “virtual” teams.

+ Travel will be required approximately 50% of the time
