To assist the school in daycare needs, providing a loving, nurturing, Christian environment for our students. Students that are pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required. We are able to work around school schedules but daytime hours are required (we are open 7am-5:30pm, M-F)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Lead a small group of children through age appropriate activities during before or after school hours
 Model God’s unconditional love in nurturing each unique child
 Respect the value of each child through attention to his/her physical, social, spiritual, and developmental needs
 Work with Principal to ensure curriculum standards, goals, and objectives are met
 Assist with special programs, worship services, projects, and co‐curricular activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Demonstrates a Christian way of life, including concern for others, regular church attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent, or working towards
• Valid fingerprint clearance card required
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
• Must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team with strong communication skills
• Must be able to operate courteously, efficiently, and effectively in a multi‐task environment
• Primary job functions require physical ability to lift and carry moderate (up to 50lbs) amounts of weight
