**Purpose of Job**
We are seeking a talented Product Management Advisor, Deposits – Mid Level
for either our San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Tampa, FL, Colorado Springs, CO, or Phoenix, AZ facility. This person may also work remotely in a 100% Remote Work Environment.
The Savings Product Management Team within USAA’s Retail Bank brings analytical rigor, product knowledge and leadership to manage and develop best-in-class products in service of USAA’s mission to facilitate the financial security of our members. Reporting to the Director of Savings Product Management, we are looking for a Product Management Advisor I – Deposits who will be focused on understanding and addressing member feedback on our banking and payment experiences in order to maintain the trust of our members and retain their relationships.
This role will be directly accountable for partnering across teams to ensure member feedback is reviewed, understood and implemented in the experiences and services of USAA deposits and payment products. Successful candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to lead cross-functional projects, improve processes, and interpret data to make strategic and tactical insights to solve challenges on behalf of more than 6 million members who bank with USAA.
Accountable for analyzing the profitability, competitiveness and sales performance for the product life cycle. Compile, analyze and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations pertaining to sales performance. Responsible for defining the business questions and providing insights to improve business performance.

+ Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
+ Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.

+ Formulates responses to member inquiries elevated by Member Contact teams, as necessary.
+ Works with the broader product team to research internal and external information and partners to conduct data analyses to assist with product feasibility.
+ Runs moderate statistical models and may present results of research and analysis to senior
+ Product Management leadership, as necessary.
+ Partners with the Product Manager in the development of product dashboards and metrics.
+ Prepares analysis of performance results to inform product or sales forecast and planning.

+ Bachelor's degree required, or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required in lieu of a degree.
+ 4 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing or Sales/Service or Finance/Accounting Operations or Financial Services.
+ 1 year of experience leveraging data and providing requirements to data teams.
+ Knowledge of applicable product related regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations to include: FFIEC- Retail Payment Systems Handbook, Payment Rules (NACHA, Zelle, etc.), Reg CC, Reg E, Reg DD.
+ 1+ Years of direct experience with Depositsproducts or other retail bank products
+ 1+ Years of demonstrating effective process or program management
+ Experience investigating product/service issues or inquiries and successfully evaluating product change impacts
+ Excellent and Effective communicator.
+ Willingness to take on additional responsibilities

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $66,300 - $119,500*(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
***Geographical Differential:** Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
**Shift premium:** will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
