**Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSSB)**

Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and more than 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. Consumer Lending (CL)

Wells Fargo’s Consumer Lending businesses include Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards, Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Operations. The Consumer Data and Engagement Platform (CDEP)

The **CDEP** group works across the CSBB, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo's customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives.

The Consumer Data Products function within CDEP aims to build a strong, centralized ecosystem to support the data needs of the consumer LOBs. This includes the build out of a common data platform (Consumer Analytics Platform, a.k.a. CAP), utilities (e.g., eligibility, transactional, etc.) and analytical capabilities to enable business priorities/use cases.

The Role

The Consumer Data Products Program Lead will report to the Head of Consumer Data Products and be responsible for overseeing a multi-year program and associated product portfolio which aims to implement analytical and data product capabilities (i.e., Consumer Data Framework) to meet the data needs of Consumer LOBs. Responsible for providing strategic consulting services to mobilize and manage cross-functional team and mitigate delivery risks. Partners with Senior Executives and staff to create and execute business plans that support the implementation of the data and product strategy.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include the following:

+ Implement program forums and cadence to govern and oversee execution of plans to ensure program meets strategic objectives

+ Identify and manage execution and change risks and partner with Program Leadership to define mitigations plan

+ Define and ensure execution of change management strategy; communications, stakeholder engagement, adoption plans, etc.

+ Partners with Program Leaders to define approaches, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with key stakeholders

+ Define and establish approach to meeting and measuring strategic objectives

+ Supports mobilization of scrum teams and helps resolves resource gaps

+ Drives adoption of Product and Agile methodology to enable maturity across programs

+ Oversee backlog management and prioritization ensuring continuous and healthy backlog across teams; resolve conflicts and drive decisions around prioritization

The Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and credibility with a proven ability to influence broadly across a matrixed organization, create engagement, and drive results. This executive will be articulate and have strong interpersonal effectiveness with an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen. Key areas of experience include financial services, product management, and product leadership.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 10+ years of product development and product management experience

+ 10+ years of management experience

**Other Desired Qualifications**

+ 12+ years of leadership experience that includes progressively increased responsibilities

+ 5+ years of experience leading Scaled Agile (SAFe) change management programs

+ Experience with leading at-scale internal and external relationship management and program delivery management organization

+ Experience with Banking, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting data platforms and technologies, and experience addressing data related requirements of regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders

+ Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture and systems integration experience in consumer and small business banking, consumer lending, and wealth and investment management

+ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives

+ Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, procedures and processes; Ability to balance short-term value delivery to the business with long-term efficiency and governance objective

+ Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

+ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives

+ At-scale Financial Institution experience strongly desired; Strong understanding of all 3 Consumer LOBs (CL, CSBB, and WIM) including what drives business value
