Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms (CDEP) works across the CSBB, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo’s customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives.
The Product Manager of Informed Choice provides leadership and expertise for his/her digital products initiatives and functional area across the omni-channel environments. As the product leader, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the product strategy, creation of the business plan, and working with the broader team to plan and drive product related initiatives in order to bring a company wide new solution to customers. These initiatives may include, but are not limited to strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research and commercialization plans. Responsibilities include:
+ Accountable for the ongoing strategy, planning and enhancement of the Product Selector solution for both bankers and customers. Lead the definition and vision for future customer product experiences while ensuring the alignment and coordination with the business owners and cross-enterprise programs
+ Lead execution of customer experience initiatives working with key stakeholders including, but limited to user experience professional, lines of business owners, marketing, training, risk and compliance from ideation through implementation with direct accountability for all project deliverables (technical and non-technical)
+ Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new features and services
+ Manage, track and evaluate performance of programs, business contributions, services and projects and consults with business leaders to adjust plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
+ Document and prioritize product specifications including goals, use cases and requirements Drive customer value and deliver on business goals through innovative, quality driven product strategies and feature sets.
+ Define all reporting needs that can measure customer activity incouding product recommendations, product option served and customer selections for example.
+ Define, analyze and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis

+ 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
+ Knowledge and understanding of product management in the financial services industry
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
+ Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
+ Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
+ Experience in Customer Experience Roadmap principles
**Other Desired Qualifications**
+ Solid banking experience across multiple product types
+ Advanced degree in business or computer science
+ Experience working within Financial Health at a financial institution domestic or abroad
+ Understands complex organizational matrices
+ MBA preferred
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
