The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.
The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.
The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.
The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.
It’s an exciting time to be a part of Wells Fargo’s Strategic Sourcing team. This newly created position will help shape and transform Wells Fargo’s contractor resource program. As a Strategic Sourcing Consultant 2 (SSC2) you will be responsible for managing the newly implemented contractor direct sourcing program within the U.S. This involves working directly with managers and the selected third-party provider to identify opportunities for contractor direct sourcing and to promote the use of contractor direct sourcing with managers across multiple lines of business. This role will also have vendor management responsibilities for the selected third-party provider.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Meet regularly with businesses to identify contractor direct sourcing opportunities
+ Drive acceptance and use of contractor direct sourcing within Wells Fargo
+ Develop key program metrics and reporting for tracking
+ Participate in score carding and quarterly business review meetings with contractor direct sourcing supplier
+ Ensure contractor direct sourcing supplier is compliant with the contract and operational risk policies
+ 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sourcing, technical sales, consulting, or vendor management demonstrated through work or military experience; or a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sourcing, technical sales, consulting, or vendor management
+ 3+ years of analytical experience
+ 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
+ 2+ years of vendor management experience
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
+ Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
+ Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
+ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment
**Other Desired Qualifications**
+ 3+ years’ experience working for Contractor Direct Sourcing or Recruitment Process Outsourcing program
+ 3+ years’ experience with Vendor Management systems such as Beeline or Fieldglass
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
