The Administrative Assistant has one of the most important jobs in supporting the property management team while providing excellent customer service and a memorable first impression to our residents and prospective residents. Gorman & Company is looking for an Administrative Assistants who are committed to providing first class customer service as part of a collaborative team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage:
Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Assisting with auditing and maintaining filing.
Gathering paperwork, lease packages, and addendums for new residents.
Entering in prospect information into management software.
Answering telephone to assist all prospective and current residents.
