The candidate will serve as a lead engineer for a critical internal database and process automation efforts. The TTVS database is a centralized voice database that aggerates large amounts of data from various voice products and services. It is used for voice and unified communications operations, governance, and process optimization functions.

In addition to supporting the database, the candidate will coordinate the daily operations and provide design and implementation assistance for a small automation and optimization team. The team is geographically dispersed across the United States and India and leverages Agile processes to facilitate work. This team is focused on developing APIs, scripts, automated reports, BOTS, and tools to improve operational efficiency and team member and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with the enterprise database administrator on the ongoing maintenance and support of the TTVS database

• Accountable to establishing and maintaining all database feeds between various systems

• Ensures adherence to data management and data governance regulations and policies

• Create, edit, and maintain various database queries and scripts

• Develop and maintain automation scripts

• Develop detailed manual test scripts to validate application functional requirements

• Design and write formal test plans to address system, integration, and data conversion testing

**Required Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience

+ 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education

+ 5+ years of database experience with 2 or more of the following platforms: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MongoDB

+ 4+ years of data modeling experience

+ 4+ years of data analysis experience

+ 3+ years of system or application engineering experience

+ 3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Servicer Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both

+ 3+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript

+ 2+ years of Tableau experience

**Desired Qualifications**

+ Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment

+ Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management

+ Strong team or technical leadership experience

+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ 2+ years of JIRA experience

+ GitHub experience

+ 1+ year of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

+ Experience with automation, regression, and performance testing

**Other Desired Qualifications**

+ An industry-standard technology certification

+ Proven experience solving complex data modeling and automation challenges

**Job Expectations**

+ Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day

+ Ability to work additional hours as needed

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

**Salary Information**

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
