**POSITION SUMMARY**
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Software Development Engineering to manage a blended Front End and Back End development team supporting Retail IT – SRE operations while also supervising the deliverables of technical staff. Specifically, this role will entail managing a team responsible for designing, planning, and implementing all IT enhancements, upgrades, and major projects, including the management of external resources (onshore & offshore) in achieving those objectives. This Senior Manager should have a solid, hands-on technical background while also having a proven track record in managing and motivating people. Your ability to have a self-starter attitude, strong problem-solving skill & experience, negotiating and presentation skills, and a commitment to excellence will be critical to your success.
_Expectations for the Role:_
+ Have a solid understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and operations concepts
+ Develop and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.

Here's how a Project Engineer for our Civil Infrastructure office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**
+ Performs and applies quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress, reporting, and change management.
+ Maintains contract with more complex subcontracted scopes and subcontract administration, including defining work scope, answering inquiries, and monitoring progress.
+ Reviews and understands broader contract obligations as per the responsible project and work scopes. Assists site manager in project start-up activities.
+ Participates in reviews of subcontractors’ submittals for compliance with scope, design documentation, and coordination with other disciplines against the design documentation prior to forwarding to the design team for their review.
+ Assists with site inspection by the design team for installation deficiencies, and witnesses and signs off on systems commissioning.
+ Ability to identify potential risks on project scopes and/or the project.
+ Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
+ Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
+ Detailed knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, project health, safety, and environment (HSE), quality, building materials, and required standards as per subject area.
+ Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving principles to construction challenges.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Proven flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work, and direct-report tasks.
+ Able to create and lead schedules a comprehensive scale.

Position Summary:
The Process Engineering Technician provides essential support to the team of engineers at our Mesa, Arizona facility, facilitating the execution and improvement of propellant, pyrotechnic, and explosive manufacturing operations. This position plays a crucial role in offering technical engineering assistance for various projects, including new initiatives, ongoing production efforts, and engineering advancements. The process engineering technician is responsible for meticulously collecting and documenting all necessary data points, monitoring processes and key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing training to our dedicated manufacturing technicians. They also take charge of authoring, updating, and redlining process documentation, developing comprehensive work instructions, conducting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), and ensuring the diligent implementation of work instructions as directed by the engineering team. In addition, the technician assumes the responsibility of understanding the function and limits of processing equipment, as well as comprehending how changes in equipment settings can significantly impact the outcomes of the manufacturing process. This expertise allows them to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process failures swiftly and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Safely process propellants, pyrotechnics, and/or explosives for product development or improvement to meet program requirements, applying basic engineering level principles.
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting work progression and results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure safe working conditions by identifying potential risks associated with tasks and implementing appropriate safety measures.
• Provide comprehensive training to manufacturing operators, equipping them with the necessary skills for their roles.
• Review and assess the results of experiments and analyses conducted in conjunction with engineering.
• Contribute to the development of new tooling, processes, and techniques to enhance manufacturing operations.
