**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading exceptional teams to deliver successful projects for our clients in the Water business. As a Project Manager, you will engage internally throughout the organization with staff at all levels, and externally with clients, members of business and professional organizations, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and other firms. Raytheon's Effector Power (EP) Team is looking for junior to mid-level engineers who have power electronics knowledge to help design robust power systems.
The Effector Power Department is responsible for the development, from concept to integration, of Telemetry and Flight Termination products; power systems from all up round to the lowest level power regulation; servo electronics supporting all mechanical motion in our products and low noise mixed signal electronics that provides the analog to digital interface to our front-end sensors. Each of these products generally operate in lower power and voltage ranges less than 10kW and 1000V.
+ Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion (and related analog) circuitry. This circuitry will dominantly involve non-isolated and isolated switch mode power converters and linear converters. Main emphasis is on board-mounted power end use applications.
+ Assist in architecting at the circuit card level.
+ Help to see circuit card development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing.
+ Drive to meet schedule concerns. Define schedules for circuit level tasking.
+ Guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities, with moderate support from senior engineers. Assist in layer stackup definition.
+ Function as an individual contributor. Understand the role of a small team lead and engage in personal technical growth.
+ Clearly present your work product to functional and program leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced STEM degree.
+ Design, analysis, test, and/or simulation experience with one or more of the following non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.

+ Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) experience with large HR/Financial system implementation projects
+ Must be based in one of the following locations (North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia)
+ At least 10 years of experience in technology.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience providing a combination of the following services: IV&V, project management, quality assurance (QA), implementation, and other project oversight services for State governments, preferably in programs related to Enterprise HR/Financial Systems, Health/Human Services, Government Operations, Education, Finance, Systems Integration, Corrections, and similar systems.
+ Excellent writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences.
+ Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
+ Certified Project Management Professional / PMP
+ Experience working with systems in large-scale integrated/modular environments.
+ Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management, and to influence stakeholders to get things done.
+ Exceptional communication skills.
+ Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and have political savvy to accomplish objectives while maintaining a likable presence.
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
+ Ability to travel 25% regionally and, in some cases, across the country approximately twice a year.
+ The senior PM also serves as a Subject Matter Expert on S/4HANA RISE migration.

The **Development Project Manager** is primarily responsible for leading and managing the design, preconstruction and construction activities on a given project(s). The Project Manager will interact on a daily basis with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Manage multiple projects on a campus(es) and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each
+ Create and communicate updates on development program & project status on a monthly basis suitable for executive level reviews. Effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making
+ Work with QTS stakeholders, design, and construction teams to create a master development program for site(s), including a complete campus design solution and capital budget.
+ Manage entitlement and permitting needs for each assigned site project(s)
+ Implement and manage multi-phased site development plans to achieve time, budget, and quality standards in a predictable fashion. Continuously update a campus master plan to provide predictable statistics in a dynamic environment
+ Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services & participate in procurement and project cost estimates
+ Evaluate and level pricing proposals for design, construction, and commissioning services
+ Work closely with strategic procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery process
+ Ensure appropriate submittals are coordinated with site stakeholders
+ Monitor & create project budget / cost-to-date against overall project budget.
+ Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion
+ Review and approve monthly pay applications from the contractors
+ Review change order requests from contractors and negotiate pricing
+ Establish site construction security procedures in conjunction with site security team
+ Develop plans for product deployment and review / communicate plans with QTS staff involved
+ Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to aid in custom deal solutioning for prospective clients within the applicable schedule and budget for an assigned location.
+ Establish and maintain relationships serving as liaison with key QTS stakeholders
+ Represent QTS Interests as leader in OAC meetings
+ Create & build relationships that enhance QTS’s ability to be a leader in creating the World’s Most Valuable Data Center Real Estate
+ Aid in due diligence efforts for potential new sites on an as-needed basis
+ Work with the internal development team to enhance project management processes and protocols
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
+ Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out
+ Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level, and Excel to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets
+ Be able to travel up to 50% of the time
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field desirable
+ Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
+ Extensive experience with management of MEP trades
