As a Contract Manager, you will report to the Global Manager of the DEC Contracts team and be accountable to oversee all contracting for the project lifecycle of 3-5 data center campuses in North America.     **Required Skills:**

    Contracts Manager, Data Center Design Engineering and Construction Responsibilities:

    1. Independently drive the overall contract management function for assigned data center campuses, including development and implementation of contracts management tooling solutions, contracts playbooks, and deal-to-contract intake and review processes for their functional program

    2. Partner with Contracts leadership and other business leaders to help navigate complex operations and spend initiatives with significant spend and risk

    6. Develop and maintain internal (customer and business partner) and external (Supplier) relationships to ensure positive and constructive interactions representing complex contracting issues to leadership teams.

    7. Coordinate and drive resolution to key business issues with legal, risk management, corporate contracts and leadership

    8. Serve as the point of contact for contract inquiries for their regional purview

    9. Provide guidance and internal support for their functional program on best ways to structure deals

    10. Ensure that signed contracts are complete and clearly communicated to all relevant parties, including interpretation to support implementation

    The Design Engineer (DE) is a member of the Project Engineering Electronic Security Systems (ESS) team and a supporting contributor to the support of client design projects. The DE reports directly to the Senior Manager for Project Engineering.     **_What IT Program & Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**

    IT Program & Project Management is responsible for playing a key/critical role in realizing business value through the application of project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project objectives.

    + Proven experience managing, large and high visibility, external pharma client efforts.

    + Demonstrates knowledge of the project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes.

    + Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments

    + connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case.

    + Prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

    + communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion.

    + Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success.

    + Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals.

    + Provides input to contracts, reviews contracts to ensure completeness of scope and appropriate accountability based on role and/or responsibility.

    + Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution.

    **_Responsibilities_**

    + Analyze and recommend solutions related to new product launches, product discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies among other potential services that provide value to our clients.

    + Manage to project budget, scope, client deliverables, timelines, and artifacts daily.

    + Project and Risk management through the use of RAIDD planning

    + Anticipate client needs and proactively make program recommendations to enhance service value.

    + Provide status and coordination to clients including, but not limited to, in-flight project status, issue tracking and resolution.

    + Lead 3rd party vendor communication/coordination.

    + Recommend technical changes/updates/enhancements to current platform and vendor integration landscape to further align with client’s strategy and industry advancements.

    + Builds relationships with internal business owners to help streamline processes.

    + Monitor team backlog and prioritize activities to deliver on time, on budget, on scope

    + Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

    + Independently determines method for completion of new projects

    **_Qualifications_**

    + Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred

    + 5-10 years experience in related field preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred

    Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Project Manager to oversee approximately 1,000 homes across multiple markets for our single-family rental company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and training local Project Managers, ensuring quality control, manage select construction jobs, and overseeing vendor performance. This position requires up to 40% travel and reports directly to the Regional Project Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Leadership and Team Management:

    + Manage and train Project Managers within the assigned area to ensure high performance and alignment with company standards.

    + Construction Oversight:
