**Job Description**
We’re currently hiring a **Traffic Engineer** with strong civil engineering experience to join our growing transportation team in **Phoenix, AZ.** This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team driving progress across the western region and beyond.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and contribute to the development of traffic engineering designs, including signal systems, roadway striping, signage, safety, and traffic studies.
+ Prepare technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for public infrastructure projects.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
+ 6+ years of relevant traffic or civil engineering experience
+ Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with the ability to obtain PE licensure in Arizona within two years
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PE license (or the ability to obtain within 12 months preferred)
+ Experience working on Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) projects
+ Proficiency in design tools such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, or OpenRoads
+ Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulatory processes
