    We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Common Embedded Software team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and integration of product-lined common embedded on-platform software, with a focus on creating shared, reusable runtime middleware.     + Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers performing engineering and technical activities for safety-critical and non-safety critical applications, ensuring adherence to requirements, DO-178C Design Assurance Level (DAL), and Level of Rigor (LOR) standards
