The anticipated salary range for this role is between $45,000.00 and $63,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. **SUMMARY:**

Reporting to an Operations functional leader, this position will support the Quality Assurance needs of the Banks Operations functions. Currently supporting a new and rapidly growing portfolio of unsecured personal loans and deposits and growing into other lending products, the QA Specialist will help to expand our quality sampling controls through various methods such as Call Monitoring, Document reviews, and Procedure Adherence.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards

+ Maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions

+ Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits

+ Develop improved standards for production and design.

+ Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables

+ Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as KPIs

+ Investigate reports of quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements

+ Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:**

+ College Degree or experience in lieu of.

+ Minimum 3 experience in quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

+ Working knowledge of banking documentation, bank core systems, collections core systems, operations, and accounting.

+ Previous experience building a high performing bank operations function desired.

+ Excellent analytical skills. Ability to see the issue before it is an issue.

+ Highly proficient PC skills including MS Excel and Word

+ Must be able to plan and monitor activities according to priorities and multi-task.

+ Ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities for the position and complete assignments in a timely manner.

+ Familiarity with FIS core banking helpful.

**The Main Responsibilities**

+ Develops/defines plans for the implementation of new plant construction or modifications to existing facilities. Prepares plans and specifications, to include gathering field data.

+ Assures that the most feasible, practical and economical means to complete the work are utilized. Provides cost data to support capital planning and budgeting.

+ Monitors and controls project expenditures.

+ Oversees the installation/construction and testing of plant facilities.

+ Skilled in planning and/or engineering.

+ Analyzes local and wide area network systems and/or customer network environment, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges and other devices.

+ Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and the like.

+ Configures systems to user environments.

+ Supports acquisition and implementation of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed.

Global Accounts Receivable Organization is focused on a multi-year roadmap to drive critical Growth, Efficiency and Governance initiatives. Enterprise Identity AS is responsible for 24x7 Production Support for Customer Identity and Access Management capabilities

AS assists operations support of critical American Express security applications and infrastructure in conjunction with monitoring, solving, tuning system issues and debugging of application during run time.

+ Proactively work on automated alerts, incidents towards resolving customer and system issues

+ Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of problems for Enterprise Identity Applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and leading the packaging workstream in support of West’s Delivery Systems platform. + Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders

+ Assist in drafting of required quality records and project management documents associated with assigned projects.

+ Assist with the installation and validation of new equipment/process through SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ

+ Ability to lead, execute and deliver projects within value stream

+ Good project management skills, providing routine project review updates to direct leadership, while working on solutions and contingencies for any deviations from plan.

+ Good problem-solving skills, analyzing possible solutions using standard methodologies, procedures, experience, judgment and precedents

+ Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

+ Promote and support site initiatives including safety programs, lean initiatives, training programs, and consistently interpret & apply all policies, practices and procedures among plant employees.

+ Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical degree

+ 3 – 5 Years of manufacturing environment experience

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

+ Medical device development and manufacturing background preferred

+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, basic electrical / automation equipment and industrial techniques.

+ Knowledge of Injection Molding would be an advantage

+ Must have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.

+ Must have knowledge of sound engineering principles and practice.

+ Must possess the ability to plan work and supervise others, as needed.

**Travel Requirements:**

+ 5 – 10% travel

**Physical & Mental Requirements:**

+ Must be able to perform job duties as required with limited physical demands within clean room manufacturing requirement.
