    **SUMMARY:**

    Reporting to an Operations functional leader, this position will support the Quality Assurance needs of the Banks Operations functions. Currently supporting a new and rapidly growing portfolio of unsecured personal loans and deposits and growing into other lending products, the QA Specialist will help to expand our quality sampling controls through various methods such as Call Monitoring, Document reviews, and Procedure Adherence.

    **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    + Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards

    + Maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions

    + Provide leadership to engineers. Provide and schedule tools and supplies for departments. Assume responsibility for various engineering projects as assigned.

    + Facilitate meetings with the customer both on and off site to determine the needs, requirements, and customer specifications. Establishes relationships with customer and automation suppliers in pursuit of win‐win results and ongoing business.

    + Provide and schedule training for the department. Purchases tooling related equipment in accordance with the company policy.

    + Responsible for project cost accounting and delivering projects on schedule and at budget.

    **Basic Qualifications:**

    + Must have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.

    **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

    + Six sigma green belt preferred.

    + Strong mechanical background and experience with CAD and SAP systems a plus.

    **Job Summary:**

    Responsible for supporting execution of engineering efforts from inception through production for new products, and continuous improvement initiatives in existing platform products within the proprietary product value streams in Operations, under the appropriate guidance and leadership. Work with the Product Development team to assist Engineering/Production in improving the manufacturing of product and develop the most optimum molding process and tooling and automation that meet or exceed customer requirements on both new and existing tooling.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

    + Under guidance and leadership, works with internal and external team resources to:

    + Scope project requirements in support of new product / product line extension projects and/or product optimization development projects.

    + Develop, execute and document project assignments in compliance with committed timelines and project goals, and per established governance policies and procedures.

    + Actively support proprietary program initiatives with direct customer interactions as warranted by project assignments

    + Ensure technical and customer requirements for assigned projects are achieved.

    + Ensure that all required documentation deliverables are satisfied and delivered.

    + Understand key business drivers and follow applicable West project management process & methods in execution of assigned tasks

    + Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders
