**The Operations and Supply Chain organization has an opportunity for a talented professional to join us in a critical supplier / manufacturing engineering role** **within our energetics / warheads team.** You will be involved in all aspects of planning and executing the production of our wide range of weapon systems, from tactical missiles to strategic defense products. You will provide technical knowledge & process capability expertise to improve supplier performance. You will be involved in all phases of product life cycles, beginning with proposal development, new product development, advanced manufacturing initiatives and continuing through production implementation. You will ensure technical data packages are complete and accurate and that the supplier technical performance meets the objectives of quality, cost and schedule. You will drive Raytheon design requirements to improve manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers. You will initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware for affordability.

This position is an onsite role and can be located in any of the following locations: Andover MA, Tucson AZ, Forest MS, McKinney TX, Tewksbury MA, Marlborough MA, El Segundo CA or Fullerton CA. Relocation is not available.

+ Communicate and translate the technical data package to suppliers

**Qualifications You Must Have:**

+ Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5 years’ relevant experience such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, manufacturing & quality systems, technical supplier management.

+ Experience in a cross-functional business involving multiple stakeholders (i.e. buyers, engineers, suppliers, program managers, and/or shop floor leaders, etc.)

+ The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Life Cycle Engineering seeks a **Reliability Engineer I** to join our team located in Tucson, AZ.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

+ Performing engineering analysis supporting system design with respect to Reliability, Repairability, Maintainability, System Safety, Human Systems Interface, Logistics support and other sustainment disciplines

+ Reviewing technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards

+ Researching content and gleaning information from technical, soft skill and/or business documentation as well as engineering personnel or other technical subject matter experts

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
