+ Be the technical expert, responsible for product ramp up for the customer

+ Engage with customers, industry experts, and key stakeholders to validate product concepts and define differentiation strategies

+ Uncover opportunities for future product development and develop specifications for new and creative system designs

+ Silicon system evaluation (HW, SW if needed) and related documentation

+ Application support for newly introduced and existing products

+ Support and train central applications engineering and sales organizations on new/existing products

+ Relentlessly drive new design wins for new and existing products

+ Trouble-shoot customer application issues by lab testing, schematic analysis and other methods, as necessary

+ Bring quick resolution to customer problems by interfacing across different functional groups such as design, product, test, packaging, marketing and sales

+ Assist with generating the revenue plan for the organization

+ Definition of successful new products at TI, system evaluation and taking the products to RTM

+ Create technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, user's guides, EVMs, spice models, SCMs etc.

+ Revenue growth through adoption of new and existing products

+ Build relationships with customers/field teams by closely interacting with them to identify and solve system problems with TI silicon

+ Contribute to the short and long term product strategy and roadmap

**Minimum requirements:**

+ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

+ 2 years experience in market analysis, product definition, and specification development for gas sensor technologies

+ Deep knowledge of MOX, NDIR, thermal conductivity, photoacoustic, and PM2.5 sensors

The Senior Security Systems Engineer, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will be a key contributor to the client’s physical security technology stack. **Responsibilities**

+ Design and implement comprehensive physical security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

+ Collaborate with construction and project related teams to ensure all pre-development scopes of work are established and executed and tracked all project related issues and work with project team members to follow up on issues and status to ensure proper resolution.

+ Partner with providers and vendors to discover and remediate vulnerabilities in security technologies.

+ Manage vendor and provider efficiency and delivery quality though KPIs.

+ Effective time management for systems programming, commissioning and testing of devices spanning time zones in such places as EMEA/APAC regions.

+ Monitor team chat groups for after-hours project support and system maintenance related troubleshooting.

+ Manage physical/logical infrastructure which supports PACS, VMS, and a myriad of other systems including maintenance support, installation of new systems, and other proactive initiatives to ensure systems are functioning with optimal performance with minimal downtime as well as meeting and exceeding program SLAs.

+ Perform audits of systems and policies and maintain tracking lists of all systems issues proactively while implementing solutions along the way.

+ Communicate internally with other technology partners, Project Leads, and externally with integrators.

+ System support to the integrators on security technologies including access control, video management systems, Intercoms, and intrusion.

+ Support the evaluation, integration, and implementation of new and existing technologies solutions.

+ Provide escalation support for the client's SOC, GSOC, and Security Operations teams.

+ Understand the security standards and practices that go into a security design and manage security integrators across multiple time zones.

+ Program, configure, and harden all technical security devices, apps, and platforms.

+ Work with other senior managers within the business to maintain compliance with all security system requirements.

+ Liaise with, meet with customers, and key contacts on a regular basis to review contract performance and ensure that quality standards are maintained in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree preferred with three or more years of access control application engineering and project management experience.

+ Knowledge of Windows, security systems and technology applications that are Windows dependent, preferred.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of Security Systems and Technology, including, but not limited to Genetec Security Center, Synergis, Mercury Panels, Stentofon & Commend, HID, Axis, and Schlage.

+ Understanding of how security systems and technology hardware interacts with network/IP.

+ Familiarity with field troubleshooting techniques for low voltage systems.

+ Support and troubleshooting skills with networked devices with established global connectivity.

Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer II to join our Renewable Generation Engineering team, where you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the reliability, implementation, and operation of our utility-scale solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and microgrid assets. As part of this team, you’ll work closely with interdisciplinary groups to optimize system performance, manage critical loads, and drive operational continuity. The ideal candidate will bring experience with utility-scale solar, BESS, microgrid design or operation, and diesel generators, along with a collaborative approach that enhances reliability and drives innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Engineering & Design Support: Provide technical engineering, design, economic, and analytical expertise to support long-range system planning and project development.

Reliability Optimization: Ensure high reliability and continuity across utility-scale solar, BESS, and microgrid systems, implementing preventative and corrective measures for critical loads.

**Preferred Qualifications**

**Physical Demands**

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
