**What You’ll Be Doing:**

We are seeking a skilled **ML/LLM Operations Engineer** to join our Data Science team at Evolent Health to ensure our AI systems deliver consistent, reliable, and compliant results in healthcare settings. **Qualifications Required and Preferred:**

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field

+ 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or similar operational roles supporting AI/ML systems

+ Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)

+ Experience with monitoring tools and practices for AI systems, including performance metrics, drift detection, and alerting

+ Knowledge of containerization technologies like **Docker and Kubernetes** for deploying and scaling AI services

+ Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements for AI systems (preferred)

+ Experience with **cloud environments (AWS, Azure)** for AI deployments

+ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI model deployment

+ Experience with **logging and monitoring tools** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $130,000 - 150,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations our HUB500 metals recycling plant located in Kingston, Ontario. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position will oversee the daily and weekly planning and operation of the production department, while coordinating with all departments of the plant (receiving, inventory management, Safety, HR, etc.) and maintain production schedules and short-term forecasting to ensure that all company goals are achieved, and deadlines are met for the facility.

The ideal candidate will foster and develop a work environment within metals recycling that promotes trust, teamwork, performance, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Preproduction activities include:

• Interviewing and hiring of production operators
• Organize and assist supervisors in writing SOPs
• Participate in defining site operating policies
• Training of operators on SOP’s
• Instruct and manager production supervisors in pre-production activities
• Own the creation of line-up meeting boards and shift hand-over process
• Collaborate with logistics to finalize operating consumables storage locations
• Complete preproduction training

Postproduction activities include:

• Manages day-to-day recycling activities of the plant to ensure that production plans executed to meet customer demands and due dates.
• Organizes the operations and maintenance scheduling for the operations to ensure they are balanced with the production demands.
• Collaborates with all functions including capital projects and engineering to ensure that all objectives for labour, material, costs, safety, and delivery are achieved.
• Leads, coaches and mentors production supervisors and manages shift schedules to ensure labour is arranged to fulfill production requirements.
• Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly site inspections to ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintains high quality standards and controls in all phases of recycling – raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
• Promotes and ensures the health and safety of all employees.
• Supports and leads activities to promote cost savings, quality, and overall successful delivery to clients.
• Partners with engineering to optimal operating efficiency and to ensure smooth and successful processing.
• Conducts inspections and audit activities to verify and ensure operational objectives in areas of safety, quality, reliability, cost, continuous improvement, management are achieved.
• Supports and promotes alignment with operations and corporate business strategy and goals while promoting great places to work initiatives.
• Supports the development and tracking of KPI’s needed for monitoring and measuring site performance., and completes actions to correct deficiencies as required
• Leads daily discussion on evaluation of operating and maintenance losses and action plans to prevent recurrence.

**Overview of Job Function:**

Verint’s Reliability Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the development and operational reliability of platforms and applications. In this highly skilled, hands-on role, our Reliability Engineer ensures the scalability, availability, performance, and reliability of cloud-based systems and participates in and leads the design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of cloud-native solutions, while also serving as a subject matter expert for customer implementation and cloud platform support.

Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $71,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. **Position Description:**

Provide reliability, maintainability, logistic support ability, and availability support to Marine Corps Air Station Yuma VMX-1 Operational Test Squadron. The RMLA candidate will support test planning and execution collaborating with engineers and project management to plan coordinate and execute all reliability work required to conduct and assess airframe testing and performance. The project includes ensuring systems meet the applicable reliability, availability, logistic, and maintainability requirements.

This position is located in Yuma, AZ.

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**

Observe the conduction of tests to evaluate reliability factors such as numbers and causes of unit failures

Decode and analyze data and generate reports documenting reliability and maintainability findings.

Develop reliability engineering designs and programs to achieve reliability analysis.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**

Bachelor's degree in engineering with six years of experience providing operational testing support.

Proficiency with reliability block diagrams, system reliability assessments, and component reliability prediction.

Six Sigma engineering

Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

+ Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.

+ Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience performing process design/engineering duties in the mortgage industry or a financial services environment.

+ Minimum two (2) years leadership experience.

+ Prior experience in influencing, motivating, and mobilizing mid to large teams and business partners.

+ Experience working on large-scale process improvement/automation initiatives.

+ Excellent understanding of process design/engineering, including methodologies and best practices.

+ Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex process improvement/automation initiatives, leading teams, and interacting with the highest levels of executive leadership.

+ Excellent communication and analytical skills.

+ Experience using process modeling tools preferred (e.g., ARIS, iGrafx).

This position will supervise employees.

Licenses and Certifications
