What You Will Do

+ Assembling/repairing a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques:

+ Identifying correct parts, components, wires, and other materials

+ Removing suspect and failed components

+ Soldering electronic components and using other hand tools

+ Installing new components

+ Operating assembly machines

+ Measuring, mixing, and applying chemicals and adhesives

+ Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints

As an Automation Technician for Kohler Co., you will be an ambassador of the Kohler brand and the Vikrell product line. In this role, you will maintain and troubleshoot robotic equipment and associated control systems throughout the plant. Experience with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLC is required. The Automation Technician also contributes to plant-wide controls support of PLC’s, VFD’s calibrations and safety control systems. **About the role:**

The basic purpose for this position is responsibility for servicing, fixing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on coin & currency equipment, ATM’s, software and specialized office products located at client sites in Phoenix and surrounding area. The individual will work in coordination with sales and service at their branch.

+ Travel by vehicle on a daily basis to client sites

+ Address customer service requests within the specified contract response time
