    About the Role

    As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will use your technical and problem solving skills to support the operations maintenance team. You will perform preventative maintenance tasks, repairing, maintaining material handling equipment and supporting base-building systems. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. In addition to developing your skills, you will be part of a dynamic team of technicians and be expected to mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

    Key job responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

    • At all times, promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and policies

    • Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation using CMMS/APM and execute spare part changes when needed

    • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment to includes belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays and related systems
