Meta Reality Labs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Optician to oversee and develop optician and optical sales functions across various channels, including online, physical stores, and pop-ups. The Prescription (Rx) Product Operations team plays a critical role in launching new prescription products, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and effective market entry, while also establishing efficient operational processes that support long-term product success. RL Global Sales Operations - Sales Optician Lead Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support optician services and Rx sales across multiple sales channels and business areas.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer Rx buying experience, minimize friction, and optimize Rx ordering processes.
3. Support the development of Rx sales capabilities and technology to support product demos, Rx ordering, and manufacturing
4. Develop and review product content, including copy, instructions, FAQs, educational guides, and other materials to inform and educate consumers about Rx products and their eyewear needs.
5. Assist in developing training programs for opticians, customer service representatives, and other stakeholders and provide expert opinions and input to help resolve customer issues.
