    **Responsibilities:**

    Humana is seeking a Senior Research Scientist. As part of the HHR team, you will work collaboratively to design and conduct health services and outcomes research studies:

    + Understand policy, business and clinical issues and map them into quantitative questions at the appropriate level of inquiry.

    + Identify scientifically valid study designs based on research questions and available data sources.

    + Contribute to study conceptualization, literature reviews and study protocol development.

    + Explore internal and external data sources to understand what metrics can be produced.
