    As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be reporting into the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and are responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the firm's technology initiatives. This includes Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence. Your goal will be to drive technological innovation, ensure the alignment of technology strategies with business objectives, and enhance the firm's competitive edge. You will collaborate with various groups within the Technology organization and across the firm to deliver high-value technology solutions and achieve organizational success.

    Your day-to-day may include:

    + Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals. Oversee the design and implementation of technology solutions that support business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure that the architecture is scalable, secure, and adaptable to changing business needs.

    + Create technology roadmaps to support the firm’s growth and operational efficiency. This includes decisions like adopting cloud solutions for flexibility, leveraging AI to enhance user experiences, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations

    + Lead the development and management of cloud platforms to support the firm's technology infrastructure. Ensure the effective deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services. Develop and implement cloud strategies that enhance agility, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

    + Oversee the development and implementation of data and analytics strategies to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure the effective management of data assets, including data governance, data quality, and data security. Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to provide actionable insights and drive business performance.

    + Manage the firm's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and other critical components. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the infrastructure. Develop and implement infrastructure strategies that support business continuity and disaster recovery.

    + Collaborate with the Product organization in the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives to enhance business processes and drive innovation. Oversee the deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning, natural language processing, and other advanced technologies. Ensure that AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

    You have the following technical skills and qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science required. Advanced or Master's degree in those fields is preferred.

    + A minimum of 15 years of related work experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing technology initiatives in a professional services firm.

    + Deep expertise and certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, data and analytics, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Exceptional leadership, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $206,300 and $343,800 per year.

    The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $222,800 and $371,300 per year.

    The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $237,200 and $395,400 per year.
