    **Responsibilities to Anticipate**

    + You will join a team of engineers and analysts to realize Mission Planning team objectives:

    + Become the “go-to” source for mission planning expertise

    + Develop common mission planning solutions across programs, Captures and IRADs

    + Grow a mission planning cadre with varied experience and skills

    + Develop team expertise in mission planning methods, software development, and tools

    + Coordinate with other IPTs, Program Chief Engineer, and Program Management

    + Develop capability delivery plans and lead team execution in an agile framework

    + Engage directly in mission planning application software development and test

    + You will provide guidance, direction, mentoring and influencing skills, and foster teamwork, interdependent execution, and growth for earlier in career Engineers.

    + Some travel will be required – anticipated 10% domestic, more frequent between various sites in Tucson.

    **Qualifications You Must Have:**

    + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

    + Experience in one or more of the following technical domains:

    + Mission Planning

    + Software architecture, design, development, integration, and/or verification

    + Common Weapon Component experience: Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), Next-gen Open Mission Systems (NOMS)/Next-gen Navy Mission Planning Systems (NGNMPS)/JMPS Open Mission Systems (JOMS), Precision Guided Munitions Planning Software (PGMPS), Common Unique Planning Component (CUPC), Launch Acceptability Region Black Boxes (LARBBs), Fly Out Models (FOMs), Common Auto-Router Baseline (CARB), and/or any aircraft unique planning component (UPC).

    + Microsoft Visual C++ and/or C# experience

    + Dynamic Link Library (DLL) development experience

    + Experience in one or more of the following skill areas:

    + System performance, CONOPS

    + Algorithms and signal processing

    + Aerodynamics, Launch Acceptability Regions, and/or Modeling and simulation (i.e., 6-DOF)

    + Aircraft integration and store interface (i.e. MIL STD 1553 and 1760)
