**Your Opportunity**
The Principal, Commissioning Consultant brings deep building commissioning engineering and integrated team delivery experience and relationships in the A/E industry to contribute to the overall strategic and tactical leadership of the Stantec commissioning team, helping to grow and lead the existing commissioning practice in the US West and beyond. This position will lead strategic projects, be client facing, responsible for business development, contribute to project delivery standards and work processes, provide quality control, workload forecasting, financial performance accountability and collaboration with other disciplines. Principal supports business development including but not limited to establishing new business, maintaining existing accounts, reviewing proposals, client management and participating in projects where technical or client advisement/oversight is needed. **Your Key Responsibilities**
* Be a primary contributor to the growth of Stantec’s Buildings Commissioning practice in the US West.
* Interface regularly with additional commissioning leaders in North America and contribute within the US West specialty services practice.
* Develop strategic and tactical business development and marketing plans for the commissioning practice and align with Business Center and regional Buildings group goals and strategies and brand position priorities.

**Pay Range:**
* Locations in MN, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 124,800.00 - Max Salary $ 187,200.00

• Maintain an updated Sport Club Handbook on a semesterly basis in collaboration with Sport Club Executive Board and the Office of Leadership and Engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of the Sport Club Tier Structure and communicate to club officers about their tier status regularly.
