    **Description**

    Provide management and technical guidance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of a state of the art analytical/research lab facility, and provides leadership and training to Freeport-McMoRan Analytical and Research labs world-wide.     + Formally document purchase orders per internal procedures

    + Perform routine post-award management activities

    + Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

    + Able to support travel (up to 25%)

    Qualifications you Must Have:

    + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

    + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    + Experience in Government procurement

    + SAP experience

    + Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)

    + Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)

    + Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review

    + Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment.

    + Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers.

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
