The Substitute Teacher implements the daily instructional plans of the classroom teacher in an effective manner. The Substitute Teacher maintains a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth and establishes effective rapport with pupils while maintaining proper classroom management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
