Determines program needs for the total inmate population and is responsible for monitoring the range of programs in both the education and/or recreation areas. Establishes, monitors and maintains management information systems and use of this data to report on program performance and plans for program adjustments. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. Minimum Requirements:
