**In this role, you will:**

**Required Qualifications:**

**What you'll do:**

+ Work with large data sets to develop analytical insights and analyzes state-specific P&L and marketing strategy and the impact of marketing investments.

+ Answer financial and customer-related questions from key stakeholders using multiple data sources including SAS, SQL, Tableau, R, etc.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders partners to develop insights to develop and execute on multi-year state strategy. Engages with external regulators to bring strategic actions to market.

+ Build reports using data tools to monitor business performance and communicate results.

**What you have:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

+ 6 years of relevant product or program management experience analyzing data and developing recommendation, or an advanced degree in Business, with 4 years of product or program management experience.

+ 3 years of P&C experience.

+ Working experience in creating product briefings and presenting to executive leadership.
