Primary responsibility for interior/model merchandise selections and installation for assigned Division(s).
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Select furniture, wallpaper, fabrics, lamps, art and accessories as needed, with approval from Manager.
+ Select material finishes based on Division parameters.
+ Manage cost of goods and services within set budget.
+ Communicate all procurement needs to Procurement Agent.
+ Coordinate vendor lead times with building timelines.
+ Evaluate interior progress through regular site visits.
+ Provide furniture space plans to Divisions.
+ Provide Paint and Trim Documents to Divisions.
+ Travel and manage installation portion of process.
