The Technical Writer will plan, write, and edit operating procedures to improve program and project management related processes. The Technical Writer supports the administration and continuous improvement of Canacre’s processes through document management and administration, assessment reviews and audits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Job Description**
CONA Operations team supporting the special assets group(SAG) handles key administrative and procedural tasks for charge-off and non-accrual loans. Manages the transfer of loans into and out of the special assets portfolio, updates loan statuses to non-accrual when necessary when collectability is doubtful, and process non-performing maintenance on these loans by ensuring accurate documentation, general ledger adjustments, and compliance with bank processes and procedures and regulatory guidelines. This includes stopping interest accrual for non-accrual loans, charging off uncollectible balances, and coordinating with the special assets team as necessary to mitigate losses on distressed assets.
