Responsible for producing high quality, professional videos, using a variety of photographic and video techniques, formats, equipment and related software to support specific projects in the organization's marketing efforts.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

**Video Production**

+ Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video projects across a variety of platforms, which may be deployed in a variety of ways in support of catalog, web, trade show, corporate materials, sales collateral, and miscellaneous other uses and projects.

+ Works closely with other staff in the creative area during shoots to ensure that the images obtained meet the specific requirements of the project, from a quality, angle of view, and quantity perspective.

+ Show leadership and direction before and during shoots.

+ Ensures that images, while retaining their individual artistic character, are consistent with the graphics strategy and standards of the organization.

+ Ensures that all the ancillary lighting and other equipment is appropriately set up to capture quality images required.

+ Experience with script writing/editing and storyboarding.

+ Can provide support for events when video/streaming is required.

+ Responsible for ensuring that equipment is well maintained and available when required.

+ Responsible for obtaining proper release of subjects, photos, and obtaining and maintaining copyright regulations.

+ Other duties as assigned.

**Post Production**

+ Skilled in editing, color correction, and sound design.

+ Experience in motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the final product.

+ Ensure all videos are properly uploaded to various channels.

+ Maintain library archive of all videos.

+ Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop and Adobe Express

+ Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance according to company standards on production equipment consisting of fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts

+ Record the following: preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics

+ Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safe behavior observation programs

+ Communicate effectively when issues arise that prevent operating to company standards/procedures

+ Ensure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks

**Position Overview:**

As a Production Technician, youre a member of a production crew, reporting to a supervisor of an assigned production area. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.

The Goodyear plant is high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12 - hour shifts (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) working 4 days on/4 days off and rotating from day to night shift every 32 days.

The selected candidate will be responsible for editing interviews and B-roll related to various events, interviews, and red carpet premieres, in a timely manner to produce high-quality content for MovieWeb's website and social platforms. This video creator role will also collaborate closely with our news and social media teams to ensure the swift delivery of content to our audience.

Responsibilities:

+ Edit and upload video content efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

+ Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely distribution of video content across various platforms.

+ Communicate effectively with the Managing Editor and other team members to align on content priorities and deadlines.

+ Stay informed about industry trends and developments to contribute creative ideas for video content.

+ Assist in the development of video production workflows and best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

+ Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video content produced for MovieWeb.

Qualifications:

+ Experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in capturing compelling visuals and storytelling.

+ Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Extremely fast turnaround is required for breaking news.

+ Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital media and video production.

+ Previous experience covering entertainment events, red carpet premieres, and interviews is highly desirable.

+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and to travel as needed to accommodate event schedules and production requirements.

+ A passion for entertainment and pop culture, with a deep understanding of the industry and its key players.

The FLEX Videographer, Salesperson Video Program (SPV) creates high quality and professional videos with Salespeople and Stylists for Nordstrom.com. In this role, you will provide a beneficial online customer experience while connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom’s deep fashion expertise.

A day in the life…

+ Set up video set daily including camera, audio, lighting and fixtures in line with the program guidelines for framing

+ Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-roll

+ Partner with on-set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent on content

+ Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content

+ Manage audio and audit content while filming

+ Backup all footage after each shift and upload footage for post-production

+ Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed

+ Maintain audio and video supplies and equipment, and communicate needed repairs or replacements to regional Producer in a timely manner

You own this if you have…

+ Bachelors or Associates degree with a focus in Audio and Video Production preferred

+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, MS Office Suite

+ 5 years Audio and Video Production experience

+ 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry

+ Ability to lift 60 pounds (video equipment, props)

+ Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions

+ Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

As a Production Test Technician - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the testing and troubleshooting of complex engineering systems. You will report directly to our Test Technician Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
