    The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDP’s high standards in safety and quality.     This is a full time position with shifts below available:

    **Total Rewards:**

    + Pay starting at **$18.59 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.** The employee will move to a higher rate of **$19.57 per hour** in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
