The ISSO will provide experienced and qualified personnel to perform Cybersecurity support services to assist ACC Cybersecurity Chief Information Security Officer and unit Information System Security Officers (ISSO) in maintaining an effective cybersecurity program that supports missions and adequately protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AF IC information resources.
Primary Responsibilities include:

+ Gather data, analyze compliance and report results on the condition and progress of local unit Cybersecurity programs, security plans, plan of action and milestones (POA&M) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) workflow tools data, patch management, information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVA), DoD 8570.01M certifications, and Federal Information System Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance requirements, and Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) to unit leadership and HHQs as directed.
+ Interact with local units and HHQ IISMs to provide Cybersecurity assessments, courses of action, and solutions to commanders on how to improve their Cybersecurity programs.
+ Develop and provide on-the-job work center training to Government civilian, contractor, and military personnel on various IT security tools, policies and procedures required to protect resources and meet standards.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance to start.
+ Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
+ IAT Level II required
+ Strong experience working Assessment and Authorization documents, assessments and Cybersecurity program tasks.
+ Two (2) years of experience with AF and IC plans and policies.

POSITION SUMMARY

Qualifications
Education:
+ Requires a High School Diploma or GED certificate.
Experience:
+ Requires one (1) year of experience in a law enforcement or security field that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
+ Prefer experience in a healthcare setting.
Specialized training:
+ Must successfully complete and pass the firearms training course and Security Services designated Qualification course within six (6) months of employment and annually thereafter.
+ Must complete Defensive Tactics training within six (6) months of employment.
+ Taser training is required and will be conducted during employment.
+ Must attend all quarterly and annual training sessions, which include firearms, tactics, defensive tactics, medical skills, active shooter response, and other assigned tactical training.
+ Must complete annual operational skills and on-the-job training.
+ Must complete all annual training requirements in Hospitality, Emergency Procedures, Patrolling, Restraints, De-escalation, and Use of Force.
Certification/licensure:
+ Requires NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification through CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) within six (6) months of employment.
+ Requires possession of and ability to retain a valid Arizona issued driver’s license in good standing (No Criminal Record).
+ Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety OR submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire. The primary function of our Detention Officer classification is to transport prisoners along with their documentation between various locations. This position is also responsible for assisting with the booking process of prisoners in a secure custody environment.
The Detention Officer II reports to the Detention Facility Supervisors. This position processes prisoners, provides care and custody of prisoners, and transports prisoners who have been arrested, or are in the custody of another jail facility and/or court. This position performs responsible work in operating a twenty-four hour/day detention facility in accordance with established procedures and requirements set forth in federal/state laws, Town ordinances, and department orders. This classification is responsible for the security and welfare of prisoners which requires the application of specific knowledge and skills relative to the booking, detention, and release of male and female adult prisoners.

+ Ability to utilize Target's video surveillance system
+ Ability to properly document cases using industry case management systems
**As a Target Security Specialist, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:**
+ Support sales by welcoming and engaging guests and team members at the front of store and on the sales floor; help guests find the products they are looking for in-store and online
+ Lead a physical security culture for our team members and guests by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store, including exterior property
+ Respond to and accurately document security incidents
+ Understand and leverage escalation tools for guest issues in order to provide a safe and secure environment for our team members and guests
+ Conduct productive merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support as needed, strictly adhering to AP policies and procedures and AP leadership guidance
+ Prevent theft and shortage at the front of store by performing receipt checks for exposed high-dollar merchandise
+ Submit appropriate documentation in the system for all incidents following AP policy and procedures
+ Understand and appropriately use the video system
+ Train team members to apply merchandise protection and audit execution
+ Teach and train team members on operational shortage focus area opportunities as directed by AP leadership
+ Execute shortage action plans set by AP leadership to minimize shortage in focus areas
+ Model working safely while maintaining a clean store for guests and team members
+ Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest
+ Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
