    Seeking an OSP Field Inspector who will be responsible for supporting the construction of Network plant by overseeing all construction activities. In addition, this role will support plant maintenance and repair and support in the Arizona market. The OSP Field Inspector is a vital part of the team. We have near-term plans to dramatically accelerate expansion and, in doing so, the construction of new fiber plant. The team is responsible for working with outside contractors to enable the rapid deployment of plant to enable this expansion, and the OSP Field Inspector will play a key role in this process.

    Responsibilities

    + Communicate effectively with all teams and individuals on the project, both internal and external, in an effort to provide daily updates on fiber deployment progress.

    + Maintain organized trackers, records, and other data of progress in the field by contractors.

    + Effectively work with local residences/neighborhoods to ensure quality installation by contractors.

    + Report all field changes on conduit/fiber/handhole placement in the field via fiber mapping tools.

    + Other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    Experience/Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + College degree and/or equivalent 3 to 5 yrs experience in similar field.

    + Positive attitude, willingness and eagerness to learn new things, team player.

    + Ability to understand/learn the fiber network construction process.

    + Working on a computer knowledge and Microsoft Office knowledge.
