We are seeking a Production Worker I to join our team in our air-conditioned manufacturing facility located in Chandler, AZ. We need a person who can focus on quality while assembling products by hand that are made of various materials. The ideal candidate must have good hand dexterity, be willing to learn new tasks and equipment, and become a self-starter once trained. This role requires experience in sewing in an industrial setting. (Training and instructions will be provided as needed, but the sewing ability must be a proficient level.)
Job Specific Responsibilities:
Assemble materials by hand using good focus and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to start up, operate, tend, and stop a variety of equipment including industrial sewing machines to meet performance standards.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Understand and ensure conformance to specifications and stop any non-conforming parts or products.
Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Work to applicable performance standards.
Take instructions from supervisors and the production manager.
Adapt to changing work tasks as needed.
Report visual and audible equipment faults to supervisors.Potential Role Growth:

**Job Functions:**
