**Scaffold Builder - Leadman**
This person will supervise in the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Other duties may be assigned.
Scaffold Builder - Leadman
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Work at heights with no fear.
+ Determines type of scaffold needed and how to properly instruct on how to install.
+ Oversight of transport tubular scaffold or other structural material and erects the scaffold as instructed by the scaffold builder.
+ Hoists scaffolding materials upward in order to erect temporary structure.
+ Properly secures and levels locking sections of scaffolding material.
+ Properly secures scaffold to the permanent structure for added stability.
+ Adheres to all OSHA, site specific and Austin Industrial requirements for the erecting and navigation of the scaffolding.
+ Supervises the dismantling of scaffolding when it has been properly communicated to do so.
+ Inspects and properly stows scaffolding material after dismantling.
+ Performs final inspection of completed scaffolding.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Position Description:**
This position constructs and repairs building frameworks as well as structures. Stairways, doorframes, partitions, rafters, cabinetry, siding, and drywall are a few examples of the types of onsite tasks this position is responsible for completing. Carpenters pay great attention to project detail and have a strong understanding of wood and metal properties. Carpenters are also required at various times to do virtually all the carpenter support activities performed by laborers. This is a safety sensitive position
**Essential Duties:**
+ Responsible for the assembly and removal of the forms that are used for concrete installation.
+ Use assorted hand tools, including ten-pound sledgehammers, shovels, picks, handsaws, skill saws, and drills.
+ Build and/or install window-frames, doors, doorframes, staircases, stairways, partitions, millwork, trim, siding, drywall, and overall building frames.
+ Responsible for ensuring that layout of flooring, roofing, and drywall are leveled and compatible.
+ Reads blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp project requirements.
+ Effectively operate small hand and power tools to assist with a variety of worksite projects.
+ Responsible for taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed. This includes cutting, shaping, and smoothing wood or other required materials according to requested measurements. This also includes constructing forms and chutes for pouring concrete as well as erecting scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground.
+ Loads, unloads, and identifies building materials, machinery, and tools. Distributes site materials to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications. Responsible for ensuring that all materials are properly distributed, and the site is swept and well maintained.
+ Promotes a safe work environment and communicates jobsite hazards. This includes helping to secure the jobsite at the end of business each day and verifying that all site materials are properly stored.
**Position Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Valid Driver’s License.
+ Follow safe work practices in accordance with the Hensel Phelps safety and health program.
+ Must be able to take initiative and ask questions.

Job Summary (Purpose):
The Utility Worker primarily works in the outside production area of the AmeriGas Cylinder Exchange facility. The employee is responsible for the processing of cylinders (20 lb. barbeque grill cylinders).

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders.
+ Maintain a safety focus at all times and wear the proper PPE
+ Ensure the consistent quality of cylinders are being processed
+ Load filled cylinders onto the truck(s) for the next day’s shipments.
+ Ability to stand and walk 8 – 12 hours per day.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
+ Perform general housekeeping duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Ability to follow processes, procedures, and instructions
+ Ability to function effectively as a member of a production team
+ Willingness to grow and learn
+ Basic mechanical aptitude

The pay for this position ranges from $17.13 to $18.13 per hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.

Responsibilities :
+ Identify and secure new business opportunities
+ Travel inside of territory as required
+ Training of customers by performing live product demonstrations, remote learning, and education presentations
+ Review of sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities
+ Utilization of industry specifications, building notifications and plans to create bid projects pipeline
+ Interact with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to accomplish goals and objectives
+ Customer follow-up and 360 sales reviews will be performed regularly with customers
+ Participation in Roofing and Waterproofing tradeshow events.
Experience needed
+ Proven sales track record
+ Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills

+ Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in construction and installation markets
+ Experience in roofing and Waterproofing systems, including installation
