**Banner Physical Therapy** isseeking a **certified hand therapist (CHT)** to join our team and float to our West Side Outpatient Centers. This is a PRN/Flexible Schedule position.
In this role, you’ll treat various upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures and more. Experience in custom splinting is required.
Our regional hand therapy coordinator will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.

+ Assures there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on truck to adequately complete the insulation job.
+ Drives to and from the job site and unloads insulation materials at the job site.
+ Cleans job site daily.
+ Installs insulation in accordance with company standards as well as manufacturer’s printed label regarding thickness and density.
+ Checks work for errors and corrects them if necessary.
+ Accounts for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.

QUALIFICATIONS :
+ Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
